Day 5 the “See you soon” day - a day of hugs, pictures, retreat book signings, carpooling, gratitude giving to the staff and lands, even shed a few tears of gratitude in the workshop space as I wrapped up my first ever retreat. Already
Day 4 Sacred Spirit Retreat: spirit messages, journaling, hiking, canoeing, painting, medicine pouches and the most emotional and expansive final sharing circle I could have imagined! Many coming back next June for the second Sacred Spirit Retreat!
Today we had all four seasons, traded, sacred spiritual tools, went deep into the forest with our spirit guides, made drums, impromptu readings, impromptu photo shoots and a sacred New Moon ceremony to end our day with my good friends @anastasiachoml
