Why I felt called to create this course. . .

During the earlier years of my own spiritual journey, I yearned for someone to help guide and teach me how to harness my intuition and to create my own offering that I could share with the world. I want to be that person for you along your journey.

After visiting Japan in 2000 and learning about reiki, I began my journey of learning, studying and practicing energy healing. I am a reiki master, a yoga and meditation teacher, an intuitive medium, a certified Neo-Shamanic practitioner and have worked and studied with healers and Shamans from around the world. Now, I’ve taken all the learnings and experience I’ve had and created my own signature style of healing session.

I believe that we all have unique gifts to share and are all capable of creating our own intuitive sessions. I want to help guide you in learning how to facilitate your own signature healing session.

I believe that we are all our own best healers and have an innate ability to heal ourselves. As intuitive energy healing practitioners, we simply facilitate a restoration of harmony and balance. This is what you will be able to offer in your own intuitive healing session.

Sara Rose

Hi, I’m Sara

I’ve spent my whole life forgetting who the world wants me to be and remembering who I really am. Now it’s my turn to help you remember who you are.

My journey to living a fulfilled life has led me to a place where I’ve let go of what I’ve been told to do and embraced what I know in my heart is my truth.

I want to help you fulfill your Soul’s full expression and love this life.

I’ve been on a Spiritual journey to uncover the things holding me back from my own best life for over 20 years. I’m a wife and mother of two gifted Souls, I currently live on 4 acres of beautiful serene nature in my dream life that I am so grateful to have been able to manifest. I’ve travelled around the world, following the synchronicities that have led me to study, learn and work with healers and mystics from all over. I’ve learned Reiki, Energy Healing, Chakra balancing, Shamanism, herbalism, sound healing, Coaching, Mindfulness, how to read the Akashic Records, Human Design, different Indigenous healing modalities, Mediumship, and I am a yoga & meditation teacher. I’ve brought together all my experiences to create my own unique signature offerings that allow me to tailor your session to what my intuition brings for us during our time together.

  • How to access, harness and strengthen your intuition. Exercises and material for further study into intuition and intuitive awareness.

    Practice exercises with partners in class to build your intuition.

  • We will learn about the Energy Body, Bioenergetic Field and the Chakras.

  • We will touch on other modalities that you may want to incorporate into your sessions, such as meditation, breathwork, sound healing, mediumship, reiki and more.

  • How to conduct your own in-person Intuitive Energy Healing session, including:

    How to read the Chakras

    How to balance and restructure the chakras

    How to calm the nervous system and adrenals

    How to balance the two hemispheres of the brain

    How to intuit information held in the body’s energetic field

    How to facilitate a distance Intuitive Energy Healing session.

  • The importance of healing the healer within and your own self-care and daily practice as a healing practitioner.

    A meditation to meet your spirit guides and invite your spirit team in to help you with your healing practice.

  • Practice sessions to be completed before certification.

  • After you’ve completed your practicum, we’ll schedule a call together to discuss your practice Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions.

    During this time, Sara can also help guide you to uncover your own unique signature offerings that you can share with your clients.

  • You will receive a downloadable 100 page digital workbook to use during our live calls together and for further study between classes.

  • We will have five 60-90min live classes with Q & A

    The replay will be available for you if you can’t make the live calls.

  • Although there is no accredited governing body for certification in Intuitive Energy Healing, upon completion of the course and practicum you will receive a certificate of completion from Sara Rose of Femme Path and Spirit School.
