Energy in Motion: Integrating Modern Science and the Ancient Wisdom of Emotions to Enhance Energy Work and Wellness Practices with Will

ONLINE CLASS – SPIRIT SCHOOL COLLECTIVE

Free for Collective Members (Membership | $150/Month)

Tuesday, January 28
5:30pm PST / 8:30pm EST

This interactive workshop explores the concept of emotions as energy, informed by both scientific and holistic principles, and how this understanding can enhance energy work and wellness practices. Participants will gain insights into the physiological and energetic dimensions of emotions, recognizing that emotional energy needs to be expressed or transferred into another state to achieve balance.

As energy workers, we are naturally attuned and energetically receptive to our environment and others. This makes it essential to cultivate a strong understanding of our own emotional energy, enabling us to distinguish between what is ours and what belongs to others—energy in motion that may be influencing us.

Through this workshop, participants will learn practical techniques to identify and release emotional energy while developing skills to develop emotional awareness into a powerful tool for healing and self-empowerment.

Interactive Exercises:

Emotional Energy Mapping in the Body: Participants will be guided through a mindful practice of tuning into their bodies to identify how emotions manifest as physical sensations and energetic shifts. Each participant will create a unique “energy in motion” profile, learning how to recognize and name their emotional states. This exercise builds self-awareness and aligns with the saying, “Name it to tame it,” as supported by academic research.

Group Energy Healing: To close the workshop, participants will be guided through a group energy healing session designed to balance and align their energy in motion. This session offers an opportunity to deepen self-awareness and gain insights into their self-care and wellness routines. When emotional energy flows freely within the body, it often reveals greater clarity about how to nurture and care for ourselves, empowering participants to take meaningful steps toward enhanced well-being.

ABOUT WILL: Based in the PNW, I own a personal training and coaching business where I blend fitness and wellness programs with mind-body and energy medicine techniques to enhance clients' innate intuitive abilities. I am also a PhD Mind-Body Medicine student at Saybrook University, where I explore sensory processing sensitivities in Highly Sensitive Persons, researching how these extraordinary abilities can be leveraged as both a personal asset and a community advantage. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, deepening my spiritual connection, and enjoying moments with my dog, Pancake, and my two cats, Chowder and Casper.
