For this practice circle with Andrea, she will be doing a short healing energy session to help us tune into our ourselves and Spirit. After that, you will practice with oracle cards in breakout rooms of pairs or small groups with a focused intention! 

This workshop introduces participants to a visual representation of their sensitivity profile. Using a questionnaire and radar graph based on evidence in the fields of mind-body medicine, neuroscience, and psychophysiology to help you better understand and meet your authentic needs to improve your self-care and wellness routine. 

This 90 minute event will be a chance to gather in circle for Winter Solstice as a Collective. Members who have volunteered will have 10-15 minutes each to share their medicine. There is a beautiful energy that occurs when we gather in circle!

This workshop explores the vital connection between nervous system health and emotional wellness. As energy workers, much of our practice involves internal processes requiring greater self-awareness, focused intention, and a deep understanding of our heightened emotional needs. Honoring our nervous system health can help us become more aware of our own mental and emotional health, helping enhance our ability to recognize the emotional and mental states of others and make us more effective in our practice.

Each session will run for about 90 minutes on Zoom, kicking off with a run-down of the breathing pattern we'll be doing together. And setting a group intention, but also please come with a personal intention for the session, something for you to focus on, whether that's finding calm, seeking clarity, or anything else that's meaningful to you.

This is also open to members who joined previously, but haven't had the chance to attend live meetings or practice opportunities yet! Andrea will do a walkthrough of the membership and answer any questions you may have about the offerings. Join us for a hands-on experience at Spirit School, where you will learn the art of making a traditional First Nations drum. Using rawhide from elk or deer and cedar wood, this workshop will connect you with the natural elements and sacred traditions of drum-making. Lydia Williams will guide participants through the drum-making process, beginning with a ceremonial land offering to honour the land and materials. She will also share traditional songs from the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation, weaving culture and storytelling into the experience.
