Mapping Sensitivity: A Guide to Personalized Wellness and Self-Care

ONLINE CLASS – SPIRIT SCHOOL COLLECTIVE

Free for Collective Members (Membership | $150/Month)

Tuesday, December 17
5:30pm PST / 8:30pm EST

This workshop introduces participants to a visual representation of their sensitivity profile. Using a questionnaire and radar graph based on evidence in the fields of mind-body medicine, neuroscience, and psychophysiology to help you better understand and meet your authentic needs to improve your self-care and wellness routine.

As Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), we are more vulnerable to adversity and require an advanced level of self-care than those on the lower end. However, we are also more adaptable in nurturing and supportive environments, which means when we apply ourselves we are able to demonstrate unique skills and abilities.

Through a healthy and regular self-care practice, HSPs have the ability to demonstrate advanced skills in energy medicine, intuitive living, and community leadership as we are the first to be aware of risks in our environment.

Highlights include:

  • Completing a sensitivity profile questionnaire developed as part of my PhD dissertation work.

  • Generating a personalized sensitivity chart to identify key health and wellness domains where you may benefit from targeted self-care.

  • Engaging in group discussions to explore examples of sensitivity profiles and their application.

For those interested, I am also offering optional one-on-one sessions to:

  • Review your personalized chart in depth.

  • Provide an energy reading to refine insights into your unique needs.

This questionnaire is in development and participation will be confidential, serving as a pilot to determine its potential for broader use in official research studies.

Mandy M. recently participated and found it helpful, encouraging me to share it more widely with the group.

“I had an incredible 1:1 session with Will that literally shifted something inside me on a cellular level. I walked away having a greater understanding of myself, full of motivation and inspiration and a strong desire to empower myself. Its hard to articulate my session into words, one must experience it for yourself to fully understand the beautiful impact it has!  I highly recommend anyone who feels called to reach out and experience it for themselves.”

Please let me know if you have any questions. Your participation and feedback will be invaluable in shaping these offerings.

ABOUT WILL: Based in the PNW, I own a personal training and coaching business where I blend fitness and wellness programs with mind-body and energy medicine techniques to enhance clients' innate intuitive abilities. I am also a PhD Mind-Body Medicine student at Saybrook University, where I explore sensory processing sensitivities in Highly Sensitive Persons, researching how these extraordinary abilities can be leveraged as both a personal asset and a community advantage. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, deepening my spiritual connection, and enjoying moments with my dog, Pancake, and my two cats, Chowder and Casper.
