ONLINE CLASS – SPIRIT SCHOOL COLLECTIVE
Free for Collective Members (Membership | $150/Month)
Tuesday, December 10
5:30pm PST / 8:30pm EST
This workshop explores the vital connection between nervous system health and emotional wellness. As energy workers, much of our practice involves internal processes requiring greater self-awareness, focused intention, and a deep understanding of our heightened emotional needs. Honoring our nervous system health can help us become more aware of our own mental and emotional health, helping enhance our ability to recognize the emotional and mental states of others and make us more effective in our practice. In this session, you will:
Learn techniques to enhance your energy work by cultivating a healthier nervous system.
Understand how emotions, feelings, and thoughts can be influenced by the parasympathetic (calm) and sympathetic (active) response states.
Develop strategies to maintain energetic boundaries and prevent burnout as Highly Sensitive Persons
Gain practical tools to support emotional awareness and resilience.
This interactive session provides valuable insights into how a balanced nervous system can amplify your emotional well-being and professional practice.
ABOUT WILL: Based in the PNW, I own a personal training and coaching business where I blend fitness and wellness programs with mind-body and energy medicine techniques to enhance clients' innate intuitive abilities. I am also a PhD Mind-Body Medicine student at Saybrook University, where I explore sensory processing sensitivities in Highly Sensitive Persons, researching how these extraordinary abilities can be leveraged as both a personal asset and a community advantage. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, deepening my spiritual connection, and enjoying moments with my dog, Pancake, and my two cats, Chowder and Casper.
